Ordering your new timber staircase from Jeld-wen can now be done using a few clicks. Have a browse through the standard stair layouts and decide on the appropriate design for your property. Using the options available on the drop down menus, select the stair specification and the website will give you an indication of the likely cost.

Jeld-wen stairs are manufactured using different materials selected for their strenght and durability. For example the stair treads can be manufactured using MDF, or Plywood or if you prefer in oak. Newel posts, spindles and stair handrails are available in Oak, Hemlock and primed softwood.

Remember to consider what you are planning for the completed look of your new staircase – If you are planning to fit carpet or perhaps would like an open plan feature staircase, choose the materials carefully especially if the string, treads and risers are to be visable.

Stair Ordering Procedures

Once you have selected the design and placed your initial order, we will contact Jeld-wen stairs who will arrange a site visit. A stair technician will visit, measure and discuss the final design and component parts of your new staircase. The final stair graph will be re-priced to your specification and the price agreed before the manufacturing process will begin. Please contact us for further details.
