Stair prices are subject to the final approval of the customer after a site survey has been completed. Where changes have been made to the original quotation and specifications changed, the customer will receive a final quotation before committing to the order. All Stair orders are subject to an on-site survey and cannot be placed until the final stair graph is approved by the engineer and client.

Any issues with the items must be reported within 24 hours of acceptance of the order. Any issues reported after this time will not be accepted unless the matter is clearly of a manufacturing nature and under the warranties and guarantees offered by the manufacturer. Please provide any photographic evidence of any damage with your delivery.

Standard products may be returned, if un-damaged, however, please note that a restock and pick upcharge may be applicable.
