The VELUX Cabrio Balcony is a superb way of transforming your roof space into something extremely desirable. Your own roof top views enhanced with the ability to enjoy the fresh air and also increase the amount of natural daylight into your room. Installed easily, the Cabrio quickly transforms from a large roof window into a balcony adding value to your property.

The top section comprises of a quality top hung window whilst the lower section unfolds into a glazed balcony with added side railings. The top section rotates 180° and does lock into place, giving easy access for cleaning the outer pane. Manufactured using quality white painted natural pine, The Cabrio is available in 2 sizes and with additional units you can create your ideal combination.  The Cabrio Balcony comes with triple glazing as standard so you also benefit from vastly improved insulation. The outer panes are toughened and the inner pane is laminated – ensuring your safety. Easy clean coatings on the outer pane will reduce the need to clean often – but please do clean to maintain the window.
